Online registration is open for 2010. The "Society Rate" is available for Pharmaceutical Scientists, Sponsors, Academics, and employees of the US FDA. Note that your institutional affiliation may be reviewed if you elect to register with the Society Rate. The "Affiliate Rate" is available for CROs, Vendors, and Consultants. The "Paid Sponsor Discounted Rate" is for sponsors who have signed a sponsor contract and wish to register more guests than their free registration allotment allows. The "Short Course Only Rate" is for attendees who wish to "only" participate in a Short Course and "NOT" attend the main conference. For Conference Attendees, you will receive a discounted rate of $300 for a Short Course. The cost is for "each" Short Course individually, not all 3. RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES:
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS:
- On line reservations may also be made – with a direct password. www.tremonts.com – group – enters code BOSTON2010 by the 08/31/2010 – These arrangements are made with a confirmed agreement.
- Call in guest may make their reservations by calling 1-800-TREMONT (800-873-6668) Monday – Friday 8:00am – 7:30pm EST. Saturday – Sunday 10:00am – 2:00pm EST by the 08/31/2010. They must identify themselves as members of The Boston Society. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or first night’s room and tax deposit. Each individual has up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date to cancel the individual room. If the individual cancels within that 24 hour time frame, 100% of the first night’s room and tax will be charged to the individual credit card or taken from the deposit.
